Searched for a car for months for my son in college, we found a great used car, low miles 1 owner, great mechanical condition, brand new AC pump, overall a great car and a great deal! Ammar was kind and understanding, He worked with us to get an agreeable price on the car. My son loves the car as do we.
Also have to mention, when we purchased the car the door locks where acting a bit off, Ammar agreed that they would fix it no problem, when it ended up not being a quick fix they still kept their word and spent a significant amount of time diagnosing and fixing it.

A great car for a fair price —Ammar was honest and open about the vehicles and in this market I was fortunate to find Citi Motors so my daughter had a choice of high quality vehicles.
Ammar also followed up on all of his promises getting us a new rear view mirror, an additional key and was extremely accommodating. Our trusted mechanic verified that is was the car was in great condition and we could not ask for more.
In closing Ammar said if we needed anything to call him and I have a few times an he has been responsive and always there to answer. Not easy to find a used car dealership you can trust.

My brother and I bought a Toyota Corolla 2009 about two three months ago. The guy there Ammar was very nice and professional and listened to what we needed. I have been to many dealers before but here I felt that the sale representative cared about the customer and wasn’t just trying to make a sale. You can rely to get a decent car for the price here. There was a little noise coming from the muffler in the car which he replaced without any issues. I will be going there if I need to buy a car in future.

Need a car but dread the buying process? Have no fear- Citi Motors is here! I've needed to purchase and sell 3 cars in the past ~4-5 years, and in that time have come to understand why people groan about car-buying. Each previous encounter made me feel disempowered and stressed, and as though I'd walked away with a poor deal on a car I hadn't even wanted originally, until I worked with Ammar at Citi Motors on my most recent purchase. By far, this has been my best experience in purchasing a car, and I'd be very surprised if I were ever able to find another company again that made the process as clean and simple as Citi Motors. I needed to buy the car sight unseen, so Ammar was regularly available by both phone and text to answer questions and send detailed pictures/videos. He gave me a great deal- right at the Kelly Blue Book private party value average, and there were NO hidden or dealership fees, NO hounding about adding warranties, etc. The price I was quoted is the exact price I paid, and I was able to secure the car by a Venmo payment which was greatly appreciated and shows that the dealership is "keeping up with the times". After the deposit, I needed to wait ~1-2 weeks before I could get the car, and Ammar was able to accommodate this request. And because I wasn't able to make it to the dealership, Ammar even delivered the car to me in Brooklyn, and then quick-shipped the bill of sale & title that I received ~1-2 days later. He was incredibly clear in reiterating what paperwork needed to be completed in going to the DMV and remained happily available by text and call after the sale. It's exactly the car I needed, runs and drives great- and I'm absolutely sure that if I did run into any problems, Ammar would work with me to address it. I didn't know that the car-buying process could be this easy or comfortable, and now that I do, I'll have a higher expectation of any other dealerships with which I work in the future. Functioning as a family-owned business, Citi Motors is an excellent and unique example of the professionalism and customer service experience that everyone deserves when they purchase a "new" used car. Ammar was very easy to work with. He had a 2014 CRV on his lot that interested me. Had it checked out and had a few things needed (new wipers, two tires) which he fixed promptly. No added fees was the deal maker and prices very competitive.

I purchased a car for my daughter. Dealing with Ammar made it smooth and easy. Their prices are reasonable. Citi Motors does not charge you those ridiculous dealership fees. The price of the car, tax and a small registration fee that's it. He stuck to his word when it was time to have a second key made. I have two other children that will need cars over the next 4 years and will be sure to visit them first.

Citi Motors takes the car dealership experience to the next level. I recently bought NISSAN Altima from them and my experience was truly amazing. Amar is very honest and shares every minute details. I was about to buy a Hinda Civic in a very good condition and had my loan also processed. During oil change Amar realized some problems with oil tray and he himself asked me to not take the car. At first instance I thought did he got another buyer. But I was Wrong!!!Car was standing in the lot for several days to be returned to Honda.
Amar does not charges unnecessary fees and the quality of service is exceptional. You won't see customer service associates in suits and Jackets but trust me you'll get the right car you are looking for. They never hurry on you. I am going to recommend all my friends for Citi Motors.
I have to say it is rare today to find an honest place to purchase a used car, but I will definitely be returning to Citi Motors or at least tracking down Ammar when I am ready to buy my next vehicle.
I had been warned repeatedly about how buying from a small independent lot in New Jersey was basically a gamble, but Citi Motors is definitely an exception. The vehicle I saw online was exactly as described when I arrived to see it. I was allowed to spend as much time as I needed with the vehicle, photograph it, and test drive it in the same day. The lot has a lift and I was even offered to have my mechanic come and inspect the vehicle.
Working with Ammar was great. There was never any pressure to purchase the vehicle and he did not seem bothered in the slightest when I spent over 2 hours inspecting the vehicle before leaving still not 100% certain I was going to purchase. When I was ready, he held the vehicle and was patient as I put the finances together to pay for the vehicle and even offered suggestions that saved me some money on the purchase.
Finally, Citi Motors went a step further and not only charged no dealer fees or hidden processing fees, but they negotiated with me on the price and took care of tags and title for me, only passing on the charges from the state and nothing more. Also, there was no "internet only" pricing scams or other bait and switch tricks that I have come across while shopping . What I saw online was exactly what I saw when I got there. I was not offered any other vehicle, not even questioned about any other vehicle.
I wanted to give an honest review of my experience because I was impressed and will be giving Citi Motors my business again in the future.

Anmar was great. A very low key, no pressure dealer. He was responsive over the internet which is typically difficult with other dealers. In person he was just as relaxed and not pushy at all. As he said he would be, he was amenable on price and worked with me explaining that because of how he operates a lot of fees typically charged by big dealers dont apply at his dealership which is why his prices are better than most - and they are! At first there was a communication issue that at first was unsettling but they were quick to rectify the problem which shows integrity. All of the reps there were helpful. Very easy to deal with and straight forward; no surprises after the initial transaction. They followed up promptly with all the paperwork and DMV involvement. It was an as is car and my personal mechanic verified the integrity of the "as is" condition and quality. The financial group they had me work with for financing was easy to work with and worked within my capabilities of a contract. All in all it was a great experience.
